Come With Us is an organization dedicated to promoting independent music on Taiwan often through their White Label art market events held at the Red House in the youth center of Taipei's Ximen Ding. Released by Come With Us, the Like A Star compilation features many of the up-and-coming artists revolving around White Label making it a great introduction to this budding scene.

This collection of emerging artists surrounding the White Label art fair held at intervals in Taipei's youth center Ximen Ding. Kicking of the comp, Kaohsiung based ska-core band SHY KICKS APPLE let's loose an upbeat number highlighted by a ripping flute solo. FRECKLE, Taipei's indie pop misfits, make a bittersweet contribution while VERAQUEEN shows her progression from acoustic songwriting towards indie electronica. Moving further into the electro realm is GO CHIC's riot grrl inspired "Culture Supervisor" as well as DIGIHAI's highly danceable track. ZAG LOPE offer a mellow indie rock tune for fans of FLAMING LIPS. Leading the compilation to a finish are 鄭晴文 & 任昭信 doing a feelgood acoustic pop track with bright female vocals. Like A Star is full of surprises for those wanting to discover Taiwan's current indie music scene!
