PACIFICTION REVIEW:

Forty nine tracks of blistering punk rock from the current US underground scene in a hodge podge with some of the more hip Japanese bands experimenting with new punk pop sounds. The Tokyo-based Underground Government teamed up with US label Recess Records to give you great frantic music from bands like THE BANANAS, THE MAPES and BEATNIK TERMITES as well as many other unaffiliated and unsigned bands, not to mention some up-and-coming Japanese bands including the '77 power pop style TELEVISION SECT, hyper new wave group NANOX and pop punk girl group THE JALOPiES... to name just a few!!!
