PACIFICTION REVIEW:
This albums revs up like it should... I mean literally, with a back track of a semi starting up and rolling out, then guitars start howling out some monster instro of rock 'n' roll noise! Wild guitarman Howling Hideki leaves tire-shreds of surf, blues and metal in a tractor trailer crash of heavy punk trash. Throughout the album he screams out with a fever for loud 70's RnR backed by the thud of Yukiko's bass and her nonchalant retro chic. Some songs like "God Speed You!" have a definitive punk sound showing obvious JOHNNY THUNDERS influence and others charge fast and heavy like a MOTORHEAD song or up the ante on ROLLING STONES riffing. "SIN CITY" features Kota Saito (from GOLDEN) on banjo lending a dark country feel. HOWLING GUITAR asks if you wanna dance with The Devil... Are you feeling lucky?
